This premium pale ale is produced by a tiny craft brewery on a ranch nestled in the hills of Carmel Valley near The Village. All beer is brewed and bottled on premises using purified ranch water and the wastewater product resulting after the brewing of the beer is used to irrigate the trees throughout the ranch. It is produced under tightly temperature controlled conditions and filtered sterile for long-lived flavor in bottle or keg.
